Text Box: In April 2003, a long held dream of owning our own holiday home in Florida became a reality with the purchase of our house in Lindfields, Kissimmee. 
It is our aim to retire here, so we have invested more in the house than if it was simply a holiday home. Between November 2008 and April 2009 we have completed a $25,000 'remodelling' - refurbishing and upgrading the house to a whole new level of quality to make staying here even more enjoyable. This has included:
Updates to both bathrooms including new mirrors, sinks and marble countertops
Updated kitchen including new sink and granite worktops
New carpets in all three bedrooms
Complete redecoration of the whole house: interior, exterior and pool deck 
New six foot cedar wood fencing on all three sides 
New large screen HD TVs in the family room and master bedroom

We are really looking forward to many more stays in our newly updated home and hope that you will enjoy your visit and, like us, 
will want to go back again and again !

Text Box:  Location – our house is less than five miles from Disney on a famous estate with its main entrance on the US 192, and within a mile of a Golf course 
Location - many homes are located on the US 27, further away and dependent on a single road, the US 192 to reach Disney and the other parks. The 192 is very congested and it can take an hour to travel from the junction of the 27 to the entrance to Disneyworld even though it's only about six miles !
Location - We show all our guests the back road that is quick and easy to use from our house to reach Disney avoiding the US 192 altogether. This enables guests to avoid the traffic jams and be at Animal kingdom within 10 minutes even on the busiest days. Continuing on the same route allows easy access to other Disney parks and Universal, Sea World, Cape Canaveral.
Convenient - our managing company's offices are located only a mile away at the entrance to the estate. This avoids you having to drive somewhere else to check-in, collect and return the keys etc and is handy if you need to talk to them during your stay. They are open 7 days per week.  
Space – exceptionally large for a 3 bedroom house with almost 2000 sq ft compared with a normal 1400 sq ft divided between a large living area, separate reception rooms and good size bedrooms
Class and comfort – the look and feel of a new house, ‘designer’ interiors, marble worktops in the bathrooms, granite worktop in the kitchen, top quality luxury furnishings, and tiled floors throughout (except for the bedrooms that have new deep pile carpet). Each bedroom has Cable TV, the Family room and Master bedroom have High-Definition Cable channels and DVD, and the house has Wi-Fi giving high speed internet access in all rooms.
Pool – huge west facing deck with shaded area, large pool and jacuzzi 
Setting - completely private outlook at the rear of the house, backing onto open land and woodland. Not overlooked by either house at the side of the house, surrounded by a new six foot cedar wood fence on all 3 sides.
Quality - Our house is independently assessed as achieving the ‘Gold’ standard of our managing agency, Advantage Vacation Homes.
 Advantage grades their homes for Kuoni, Virgin etc : Bronze, Silver, or Gold
The Gold standard is described as: 
‘For the discerning traveller, these upscale, well appointed accommodations offer a designer touch that includes excellent furnishings and top quality amenities featuring many extra touches. Many of these homes have spacious living and dining areas and some have tiled floors.’
